In this estate we believe we have achieved the lowest-rented accommodation in London in the way
of luxury family flats offering all the modern conveniences and amenities described below.

This estate of modern family flats is pleasantly situated within three minutes of Chiswick High Road, an excellent shopping centre, and the Great West Road leading quickly to the country by car or coach.
The following stations are close at hand and make access to the City and West End easy: Gunnersbury Park Station on both the District and L.M.S. (Richmond to Broad Street line), Chiswick Park Station on the District and Kew Bridge Station on the Southern Railway. There is also good service of 'buses and trams from Chiswick High Road (see back of folder. [here])

Tenants have the use of a private footway giving quick access to Gunnersbury Station.
Some beautiful reaches of the Thames - particularly Strand-on-the-Green - are within a stone's throw, and Kew Gardens are just across the river.

Access to the estate is gained by a wide drive with lodges of attractive design at the entrance.

There are 15 blocks, planned around a large triangular space around which runs the main access road of the estate, the centre being occupied by private gardens, reserved for the free use of the tenants.

The blocks vary in height from 4 to 6 storeys, and the whole is massed to form a pleasing composition. All the flats are served by electric lifts.
The elevations are carried out in brick in modern domestic style in which the texture and colour-play of the brickwork are seen to advantage.

The general lay-out of the Flats has been carefully planned to give well-proportioned rooms lending themselves to homely furnishings.

The Reception Rooms and best Bedrooms in more than half of the flats have windows on opposite walls, ensuring a maximum of light.
